1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, public content, forms, applications, downloads, podcast and video pages, journal articles, free resources, links, and other online materials operated by The Karmic Recode Lab LLC. In these Terms, "The Karmic Recode Lab," "TKRL," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Karmic Recode Lab LLC, a Georgia limited liability company based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Paid services are governed by a separate written client agreement and any related invoice, payment, cancellation, or scheduling terms. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a paid service, the signed agreement controls for that service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the website, submit an application, schedule a call, request a resource, or engage TKRL services. By using the website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Nature of TKRL Content and Services

TKRL provides spiritual life-realignment education, reflective content, self-inquiry, astrology-informed reflection, and related coaching support. Topics may include dharma, karmic patterns, relationships, money, work and identity, intuition, soul memory, timing, responsibility, conscious choice, and grounded integration.

TKRL content and services are educational, reflective, and spiritual in nature. They are not therapy, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, psychiatric care, financial planning, investment advice, tax advice, accounting, legal advice, business consulting, career placement, crisis intervention, emergency services, or any other licensed or regulated professional service.

Your use of the public website does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, financial adviser-client, fiduciary, or other privileged professional relationship. A coaching relationship is created only through a separate written agreement accepted by TKRL and the client.

4. No Crisis or Emergency Support

The website, email, forms, scheduling tools, and TKRL services are not monitored or designed for emergencies. Do not use them to seek urgent mental-health, medical, domestic-violence, abuse, safety, or crisis support. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services or qualified crisis resources in your location.

5. Astrology and Spiritual Frameworks

Astrology, dharma, karma, intuition, soul memory, past-life themes, near-death experiences, and other spiritual or philosophical concepts may be discussed as symbolic, reflective, experiential, or meaning-making frameworks. They are not presented as guarantees, diagnoses, commands, scientifically established conclusions, or substitutes for qualified professional advice.

TKRL does not use astrology to guarantee events, prescribe actions, make investment decisions, determine whether you should enter or leave a relationship, diagnose a condition, or remove your responsibility for real-world judgment.

6. No Guarantees; Your Responsibility

No financial, career, business, relationship, emotional, spiritual, health, personal, or life outcome is promised or guaranteed. Experiences and results vary.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, interpretations, omissions, consequences, and outcomes. TKRL may support reflection, pattern recognition, and decision criteria, but does not live your life, make decisions for you, or control external people, markets, organizations, relationships, or events.

Before making decisions involving health, mental health, safety, finances, investments, taxes, law, employment, business, or other regulated matters, consult appropriately qualified professionals in your own country, state, province, or region.

7. Applications and Paid Services

Submitting an application, contact form, or clarity-call request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or a client relationship. TKRL may accept or decline an application in its discretion, including when the requested support falls outside TKRL scope.

The website does not currently offer direct purchase of private services. If you are accepted, TKRL will provide a separate client agreement and then an invoice or payment link. Services do not begin until the required agreement has been completed and any required payment has been received.

Fees, payment schedules, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, expiration of sessions, and other service-specific terms will be stated in the applicable client agreement, invoice, or written booking terms.

Paid services may involve AI-assisted or other technology-assisted tools only as described in the applicable client agreement and Privacy Policy. Any acknowledgment, authorization, or consent required for identifiable or sensitive client information must be completed before the relevant processing begins.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or its content. Prohibited conduct includes:

• copying, republishing, scraping, selling, teaching, sublicensing, or commercializing TKRL content without written permission;

• using website content as a substitute for professional advice or representing it as professional advice to another person;

• submitting false, misleading, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or harmful information;

• uploading or disclosing another person's private or sensitive information without lawful authority and appropriate consent;

• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, forms, files, systems, or service providers;

• introducing malware, automated scraping tools, or technology intended to disrupt, damage, overload, or monitor the website; or

• using TKRL names, materials, or brand identity in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation without written permission.

9. Information and Materials You Submit

You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant TKRL a limited, nonexclusive right to receive, store, review, reproduce, and use that information only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate an application, administer a request, deliver an agreed service, maintain records, protect rights and safety, and comply with law.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Submission of information through a public form does not create professional privilege or confidentiality equivalent to therapy, legal, medical, or financial relationships. Do not submit unnecessary medical records, therapy records, tax returns, investment statements, Social Security numbers, complete financial-account information, passwords, or emergency information.

TKRL will not publish your private application, client information, testimonial, image, voice, or story for marketing without separate permission where required.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and all TKRL content are owned by The Karmic Recode Lab LLC or used with permission. This includes text, frameworks, methods, program names, worksheets, downloads, reports, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video, podcast materials, journal articles, forms, page layouts, and brand elements.

You may view and use publicly available content for personal, noncommercial informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, teach, sell, license, remove ownership notices from, or exploit TKRL content without prior written permission.

Any permission granted is limited, revocable, nontransferable, and does not transfer ownership.

11. Downloads and Free Resources

Unless a resource states otherwise, downloads and Free Library materials are provided to the individual recipient for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not share access credentials, upload resources to public or private libraries, distribute copies, use them in your own paid work, or repackage them as your own materials.

12. Third-Party Services, Links, and Embedded Content

The website may use or link to third-party providers for hosting, forms, scheduling, calendars, video meetings, email, marketing, payments, invoicing, electronic signatures, analytics, cloud storage, social media, podcast distribution, and embedded media.

TKRL does not control and is not responsible for a third party's availability, content, security, privacy practices, errors, terms, fees, or performance. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies. A link or embed does not necessarily imply endorsement.

12A. Artificial Intelligence and Technology-Assisted Tools

TKRL may use artificial intelligence, machine-learning, automation, transcription, and other technology-assisted tools to support website operations, research, administration, content organization, drafting, editing, summarization, translation, report preparation, pattern analysis, and aspects of service preparation or delivery. These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment.

By using the public website, you acknowledge that TKRL content and business operations may be AI-assisted. Public website use alone does not authorize TKRL to submit identifiable sensitive client information to an AI provider.

If you become a paid client, the applicable client agreement and Privacy Policy will describe the AI-assisted processing that may be used in connection with your services. Where required, TKRL will obtain a separate acknowledgment, authorization, or consent before identifiable or sensitive client information is processed through an AI-assisted tool. Session recording, automated transcription, and processing of audio or video require separate advance notice and consent.

TKRL will not rely solely on AI to diagnose any condition, provide regulated professional advice, make final decisions for you, accept or reject a client without human review, or determine your personal, financial, relationship, career, or spiritual outcomes. TKRL applies human review to substantive client-facing materials.

AI and technology providers are third-party service providers. TKRL may use reasonable data-minimization, de-identification, access-control, and business-grade privacy settings appropriate to the information involved. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable, and you remain responsible for your decisions and for independently verifying material information.

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute explicit consent to process special-category or similarly sensitive information through an AI-assisted tool, record or transcribe a private session, or use personal information for an optional AI purpose. Where applicable law requires separate consent, TKRL will request it through the application, intake, client agreement, or another clear authorization before the relevant processing begins.

13. Electronic Communications

When you contact TKRL, submit a form, schedule a call, request a resource, or enter a client relationship, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to that request or relationship. Marketing messages, when offered, will include the choices required by applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using the website, you acknowledge that internet and electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely private or secure.

15. Website Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and public content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. TKRL does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, free of harmful components, or that information will always be complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Karmic Recode Lab LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and permitted assigns will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, business, or anticipated savings, arising from or related to the public website or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising solely from your use of the public website or free content will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount, if any, you paid directly to TKRL for the specific website resource giving rise to the claim during the preceding 12 months.

Liability relating to a paid service is governed by the applicable client agreement. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including as applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other non-waivable rights.

17. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Karmic Recode Lab LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and permitted assigns from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or information you submit without lawful authority. This section does not require indemnification for TKRL's own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

18. International Use

TKRL content may be accessed by visitors worldwide. We do not represent that every website feature, resource, or service is appropriate, available, or lawful in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to you and for consulting qualified local professionals where needed. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s country, state, province, or other jurisdiction of habitual residence when those protections cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

TKRL may decline, limit, pause, or discontinue access to an application or service in a jurisdiction where legal, regulatory, privacy, sanctions, tax, payment, insurance, professional-practice, or operational requirements cannot reasonably be satisfied.

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the public website or these Terms that is not governed by a separate signed agreement must be brought exclusively in the state courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. You and TKRL consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

The governing-law and venue provisions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not override any non-waivable right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

20. Suspension or Termination

TKRL may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the website or particular resources when reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, TKRL, service providers, intellectual property, legal rights, or security, or when these Terms are violated.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, services, technology, law, or business practices. The revised version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. General Provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its intended purpose. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without TKRL's written consent. TKRL may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of its business or assets.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement regarding use of the public website, except for any separate signed agreement governing paid services.
