The Karmic Recode Lab is for the questions that do not resolve themselves at the surface.
A change in career may really be about identity. Money may be tangled with safety or self-worth. A relationship may expose something much older than the present disagreement. A spiritual question may eventually ask for a very practical decision.
TKRL brings those layers into the same conversation.
The work draws from lived experience, self-inquiry, dharma, karmic understanding, astrology-informed reflection, and practical decision-making. Not to hand you an answer, but to help you understand more clearly what you are dealing with, and what you want to do about it.
Sometimes realignment changes the direction of your life. Sometimes it changes the way you live the life you already have.
Snehal’s Journey
The most important problems are rarely where they first appear. That has followed me through more than three decades of work.
I began in management consulting and went on to lead businesses, strategy, transformation, growth, and organizational change. Again and again, I found that the visible problem was rarely the whole problem.
Over time, that curiosity turned inward to the identities we build, the responsibilities we carry, the patterns we repeat, and the point at which a life that looks functional can stop feeling aligned.
That inquiry became The Karmic Recode Lab.
My perspective has been shaped as much by lived experience as by learning through work, family, ambition, responsibility, spiritual practice, and the challenge of making conscious choices while fully engaged in ordinary life.
I believe spiritual insight should help us see life more clearly, not hand our choices over to something outside ourselves. Astrology and deeper spiritual inquiry can support that process, but never at the expense of judgment, responsibility, or conscious choice.
Freedom, to me, is not stepping outside of life. It is becoming conscious enough to choose how you want to live it.

The way I work Spiritual inquiry is valuable to me only if it can live alongside responsibility, discernment, work, relationships, money, family, and the ordinary demands of being alive.
Look before you blame.
Spiritual insight should help us meet life more honestly, not become a way of stepping around what is difficult, practical, or ours to deal with.
Stay close to real life.
An insight matters when it changes something: a decision, a boundary, a conversation, a habit, or simply the way you understand what is happening.
Leave room for what you do not know.
Not every experience needs to be explained immediately. Sometimes the useful thing is to remain curious long enough for a clearer picture to emerge.
Astrology as a lens, not as authority.
I may use astrology to explore timing, themes, and patterns. I do not use it to replace judgment or tell someone what they must do.
